well i am in a 20 team league ( two divisions of 10 ) and here is what my team looks like i had the #5 pick overall and it stayed that way for every round

i got lucky with J smith because no one knew he had signed that morning and i didn't even know so i gambled on him and when i got home i found out he signed

i am hearing that the guy infront of me who selected priest holmes might want to trade ricky williams for him

DO YOU THINK I SHOULD TRADE WILLIAMS FOR HOLMES

AND DO YOU THINK I SHOULD GO AFTER A STUD QB MINE ARE NOT THAT GREAT AND I HAVE SOME DECIENT WR'S TO TRADE WITH MAYBE BENNETT IN THE DEAL

i would NOT trade r. williams for p. holmes.. r. williams should be considered a top-4 pick. there's faulk then right after him are alexander, green and williams. everyone else is a tier 2 RB. mark my words

thanks for the suggestions, i wasn't really sure bout priest holmes....

how do you think the QB situation is ??? by the time i actually got around to selecting one there was no one good enough to really select....some of the other teams in my division are not strong at WR and have a stud QB ( mcnabb, warner, Farve) think i should go after one of them, i think that griese could be deicent if he stays healthy and has all the new recievers this year

Your QBs are weak. You need a better one. Even a Vinny Testaverde would prove to be an upgrade.
Williams was undeserving of pick 1, but your RBs are so weak, you need him.
WRs look good, as Moss is gonna have a monster year.
Drafted Wilkins too early.

Look to see if there are any starting QB's on the waivers right now. If there are pick one up, they might have a breakthru year and you might get lucky.

Two wins, twelve losses. You're in for a brutal year, especially if you follow the advice that some of the girls here are giving you.
Ricky Williams: biggest disappointment of the year. Miami is always an underachiever, and they will drag him down to their level.
And stay far away from Vinny Interceptaverde. He's on the backside of an underachieving career, and there's no use in building any team around him.

I don't know how they came up with the idea that you'd be 2 and 12 without seeing the other 20 teams, but I think that knowing how many starting positions would help. Because you've got a very solid WR group and while you only have 1 elite RB, Duce Staley could be big, I keep reading that Philly wants to get him the ball more, so take that as it is.

Don't trade Williams for Priest Holmes. Priest Holmes could be a one-hit wonder and Ricky is about as proven as anyone in the league, especially with the Dolphins more of a defensive ball control team. Brian Griese shouldn't be TOO bad, he's got Shannon Sharpe back as well as Ed McCaffrey.

Just my two cents.

well i appreciate all your comments and i would like to point something out....in this league it isn't like i had the greatest pick for a RB...in my opinion there are 3 # 1 backs that i would have taken but with my pick i needed to get a solid RB...this league rewards RB's heavily, so i needed to get a decient one with my first pick since i had 10 picks to wait till i got a second position and by then there were no werthy picks left.

in my eyes i at least have 3 starting RB's on teams and i can tell you that other teams are lucky in my league to have 2 so i feel good about them
just for fun i decieded to show what all the other teams in my league look like....let me know what you think
