Hey guys. First post here..please rate my first build!

Decent case for the money. You didn't mention your intended use- do you play games? Also what OS, and x32 or x64? The MB is dual-channel memory so I would use 2 x 2GB DIMM's. Also if you aren't going to overclock, 1333 RAM would be fine.
 
Your CPU is a socket AM2+, but the MB is newer AM3 for DDR3 so this will not work. That's a real nice board, I would look on Newegg for a good combo deal with a similar board using DDR3 memory.
