hi,
need to buy new monitor:

budget: is around 400$, i would buy the best monitor if i have enough. its OK if its used or referbushed

my monitor uses: alot of reading esp twitter and watching youtube, watching lot of live soccer stream like premier league and ucl. i would make excel sheets occasionally, my browser is vivaldi and firefox and usually open so many tabs with multiple workspace, i'm multitasker and love efficiency, if i would play game its football manager only,

size: 27", refresh rate: about 120, eye friendly screen with auto brightness, antiglare

prefer to move monitor vertically, but i could buy separate arm, prefer to have mic to search google frequently through voice and chat alot with chatgpt but i could buy a separate mic. i would say i need business monitor but with good refresh rate

i already searched and found some like my ideal one BenQ GW2790QT but only 75hz, as alternative Gigabyte M27Q 27" but no stand mo mics.

finally: what you suggest based on my needs

thanks in advance for any help

$400 is an odd price point for a 27 inch monitor, not quite enough to go OLED.

By going LCD you can easily meet your screen specs for $150 leaving you plenty of money to sort out you mics and mounting.

I don't have specific experience but I found this as a starting point:

Dell G2725D Gaming Monitor - 27-inch QHD (2560x1440) up to 180 Hz, 2ms Response time, 99% RGB Display, DisplayPort/HDMI Connectivity, AMD FreeSync, Comfortview, Tilt Adjustable - Black https://a.co/d/4n0N1AK

I would buy Asus TUF Gaming if I were you
Asus was one of our company's preferred brands and I have an Asus laptop I'm pleased with.

That said, their reputation has taken quite a hit lately.

There is a whole series of videos from Gamer's Nexus outlining these issues.
