just bought this cpu, finally upgrading from a pIII 750 512 ram 32mb video.. i think ill notice the difference, right?

i need advice to make sure everything is compatible .. i still have time to make some changes as long as the budget stays the same.
one question about the memory, does it support dual channel? the OCZ site does not specifically say so about this model.

-Motherboard Albatron KM18G nforce2 socket A FSB333 DCh400/VIDEO+AGP8X/5.1/LAN
-AMD Athlon XP2500PR 512K BARTON
-Memory DDR 400 PC-3200 OCZ premier 2x256Mb CL2.5-3-3-7 2T
-Graphics card...... later , ill manage with the onboard GF4 for now.
-HD MAXTOR DiamondMax plus 8 40Gb ata133
-CDROM SAMSUNG 52X
-case Medium tower Vitsuba 400WP4 3fan usb frontal

thanks

Looks good but make certain that's a quality power supply you're getting because a cheap one can make the computing experience a nightmare of flakiness and strange problems. I always suggest investing in a high quality PSU since they can survive several upgrade cycles where all your other hardware is replaced so they are actually a great value ;)

Yep...

Quality over quantity...

A good 300-350watt can out run a cheap 480watt...
