Please name me some cpu fan that is good and also not too noisy

I'm looking into buying a new cpu fan for a celeron. Can someone name some fan models that are good and also not too noisy. Thanks

Here are a couple questions, is your Celeron a socket model or a slot model? Also, maybe tell us its clock speed, that will help determine which generation of Celeron you have.

its a socket model. Its the latest generation , celeron 1.1a

I would pick up a Panaflo, I love them. However, if you need alot of airflow, you might want to look elsewhere.
