If the materials were properly identified as copies and NFR, I'd ignore their auctions. It's between them, the buyer, and eBay.

I get much more annoyed by the deceptive fraud ("$45 brand new Playstation 2, to be delivered in 90 days", "Get an ipod for $35") even though I'd never fall for it myself. That, and the companies posting auctions as advertising with the initial price set higher than the item is worth.

A citizen's DUTY in that (extreme) case - UNLIKE this "probable piracy" one - is to call the police and try to remember dsetails of the crime and serve as a witness.
