There is a member saying that a person can get the OD DVD deal, then go to Best Buy and take advantage of their 3 no-receipt returns per year to make a profit on the purchase. This ordinarily wouldn't be so bad IMO, but one member has already described how to do that and make $23, and another member has asked more questions about BB's policy.
