I'm wondering, are there ANY companies out there with a touch-tone phone menu system that DOESN'T have that message played? :confused:

They say it regardless of the options changing or not. One of the companies we buy equiptment from has it on their automated line, and in the 2 years I've been calling them, the options have never changed.

I imagine it's just a ploy to keep you from being on hold as long.
