I'm wondering, are there ANY companies out there with a touch-tone phone menu system that DOESN'T have that message played?

They say it regardless of the options changing or not. One of the companies we buy equiptment from has it on their automated line, and in the 2 years I've been calling them, the options have never changed.

I imagine it's just a ploy to keep you from being on hold as long.
