Please jesus help me

I'm trying to open an Adobe Premiere Pro Project, and it always gets like 95% open and then Premiere Pro freezes up. If I loose this file im screwed. Please help!

Copy the file to a DVD so you can try to open in on another PC?

Try closing every single process, and try again? Try on a different computer? Host the file, and see if we can open it? C'mon, help us to help you.
