This probably should be in the off-topic, but if you've purchased the product within the last 30 days they should match the price, and maybe even give you a 10% difference. But at the very least the price should be matched. If it's been more than 30 days it's YMMV but most likely you won't have any success with them matching the price.

I doubt it, their customer service in my opinion is lacking....

I went to Best Buy yesterday and they would not honor the $8.99 Panasonic Battery price (48 pack) on their web site in the store. They said that the web site has different prices than the store. I explained that the web site indicated that the batteries were not available on-line and could only be purchased within the store. I even printed out the web page and brought it in to show them.. They still would not honor the lower price. I even tried to order on-line and do in-store pickup but it would not let me. I plan to do my business elsewhere in the future as a result of Best Buy's bad customer service and policies......:confused::disgust:
