please, I need help with black screen, NO BIOS

hi,
I bought computer less than one year ago, but since week when I restart it I see just black screen, even I don't see the bios but I see "no synchronise" sentence on TV. the computer is turn on there's light and cpu fan but no windows or bios the problem happen after restart (not always) and not during using windows 7 x64 ultimlate
the strange thing when I go to repair shop they find nothing (no black screen, and nothing wrong with my hardware) it works without problem when I come back to my home it doesn't work but worked again for one day and again black screen and I go to repair shop and it work with them
I changed cable HD and try my TV with another computer and TV works.
the problem not always

I searched internet and found there's special thread for black screen in intel forum, I contacted them they ask me a lot and finally asked me about FPO, ATPO and my address.

here i'm not sure if the processor is the problem

my questions:

whats the reason you expect ?
I suspected the electricity in my home ( my mb is modern and maybe sensitive)?
If it was electricity how I become sure?
Is it intel problem?
How to find FPO, ATPO using software cause it not clear on the cpu?

her is my pc

please help me cause I use my PC all time ( streaming football match (new season coming), listen music, browsing) all my day and I like this PC.

I'll appreciate any help, thanks

If you computer works at another location, but not where you are, you need to start looking at the parts that do not go to the repair shop: battery backups, power strips, TV/Monitor, cables,

Based on your post, the first thing I suggest it to try another cable, and try another TV. If that doesn't work:
- Plug the computer directly into the wall.
- Is there another video output on the computer you can try?

What video connection did the repair shop use? There could be a problem with video output on the connection you are using. Try to boot your computer with the same type of video connection they were using.

thanks first, but I bought dvi adapter to VGA and VGA cable but when it was black screen this didn't help I didn't plug PC direct to the wall, but I'll do.

I'm upset because there isn't clear thing, In my mind to buy new monitor but if I buy it, I'll not have money for new mb or ram or anything else.

the problem not always, but usually it relate to something in my room but I remember I changed to another room but the problem still.

With one of the last Intel vid driver updates, I lost the HDMI output. The VGA and DVI outputs worked.

When Windows installed the new Intel driver as an update, the HDMI quit working.

I had to uninstall the Intel driver and go to the basic Microsoft video driver to get the HDMI working.

Which way was DVI to VGA? Did you switch connections on the video card side, or the TV side?

I know you tried your TV with another computer, but did you try your computer with another TV/monitor?

From your parts list (I like that build BTW), I assume you are using the Intel graphics from the CPU, correct?

Interesting. But would this affect being able to see the BIOS screen too?

The "no synchronize" message is interesting sa2037. I am tempted to say your issue is nothing more than a setting on your TV you need to adjust for this computer's signal.

welcome, now I brought back my pc from repair shop and he told me he did some cleaning but found nothing, now my PC work with VGA (DVI on computer),I restart 3 times successfully and changed resolution and restart it again and still good, here i'm a little happy, because I missed HD quality, and now I feel more it's HD problem either from cable I'll change it tomorrow or from the port on PC (I think) or on TV,
notice: my TV is normal TV but had many ports for usb,hd,vga and audio video.
and I use it as a PC monitor

dear friend, yes its cpu graphic, and my build was nice and powerful, portable
my friends always ask me does it turn on now?, what do you watch on tv is from PC?, I replay yes
so so quite. I advise you to build upon this build with changes you prefer.
finally, what is the solution for HD? what do you expect? I think to buy 40 inch pc monitor is it good?

Can you borrow a graphics card to try? Maybe the integrated graphics is faulty.

Or maybe the port you are using is faulty. It has HDMI, DVI and Display Port. Have you tried any of the other ports?

I know the OP is hard to understand, but the way I understand it he has taken to to a repair shop twice, and both times they have no issues with the computer. He has also tried different cables (but I think we are waiting on him to try some more). Which would limit the issue to the things I listed in post #2. Everything inside the computer seems to be working fine.

sa2037, I know you are still looking for answers, but we cannot help you if you don't respond to our posts. You may need to pay someone to come to where your computer is and help you troubleshoot this, as the issue seems solely due to your location, or devices outside the computer. Have you tried changing the settings on your TV?

sorry for delay respond, now the problem from HD, when I use vga cable it works, OR when there's black screen I enter my password and login after this immdeiatley I see on screen my windows as it start normal.

the problem, just before entering windows and just after turning the computer on,

my solutions are either using vga connection completely, or just vga for booting and when I enter windows change source on TV menu from computer to HD, OR using only HD but entering my password without seeing anything then I get screen work.

but I wish to know is this situation, denote to the problem

Might be a limitation of the integrated video chip, or a driver issue like LTC8K6 mentioned. Might want to try going back to an earlier display driver. If that doesn't work, you might want to buy an inexpensive video card with HDMI out and see if that solves your problem.

Hi, I installed a new graphic card from gigabyte then plug cables both hdmi and vga with dvi adapter, but the problem still with some notice that the problem disappear after shuttin down the pc for hours, what do you think guys?

notice: sorry for some delay in response because some times I send the computer to repair shop for one day or I myself shutdown pc for hours.

What video connections does the TV have? I am guessing HDMI.

So if you plug the computer in HDMI to HDMI, can you get into Windows and see a desktop/ start screen?

Does adjusting the settings on your TV make any difference?

mean adjusting setting on my tv deosnt' make diference cause I don't use setting on TV.
here question, does resolution on TV could make this problem, where I have problem with resulotion, I see black edge on my TV since beggening but I think I changed it recently.
could uncompatible resolution btw TV and PC graphic , make this problem (black screen and no bios even).

It could at the Windows level, but not at the BIOS level. Before this problem started, could you see the POST screen? What connection were you using?
