Please Help.....

I was updating the bios on my P4b266 tonight and during the update the power surged which then froze the update. I couldn't do anything the keyboard would not respond so I had to reboot. Now it will not POST. Is there anything I can do here? Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
