I have windows 2000 running on three machines that are networked together with Linksys Phone line networking cards. (HPN200) Everything works ok, until I start to transfer data between 2 of the machines, or when I play a LAN game, then the connection is broken on one of the computers. I have to restart that computer before it will make the connection again. This only happens on that certain computer. Can someone please help?

Phone Line??? I really hope you havn't used phone line.
Goes and looks at linksys site Ok, you can use phoneline. I would check drivers then.

Personally I think those card are probably a bad buy, not are they slow (10Mbits rather than 100Mbits) I don't think using your phone lines is a good idea due to poor quality and risk of lightning (though if underground phone lines that is largly reduced).

Basic hub/sqitches arn't worth much these days, and Cat5 cable isn't very exspensive.
