Please Help

I got my duron 700 about a month ago and now i am ready to overclock, i have seen all the problems people have had overclocking so if anyone has successfully overclocked this processor and has had no problems so far please let me know what you did and what i need to look out for before i get started.

My setup is:
Duron700
MSI K7T PRO2A
128 pc133
Geforce 2 MX

Another Question i am currently running the duron on a crome orb, do you think i have to switch to a FOP32or38 if i overclock it to say 900mhz or 1ghz.?
