please help!!!!

I recentley hooked up my desktop computer to my LCD tv and i was adjusting the screen resolution. I accidentley adjusted it too high and now it will not display a picture. i tried restarting the computer several times but every time it boots up my tv says "unsupported output". help please!!

boot into safe mopde and lower the settings there, if that fails, let us know.
