Please Help

Ok, well i recently bought a slingbox which is where I am having problems, but help specifially with that is not needed, so please keep reading even if you have never used one. I bought it so I could use it at school, and for about a week it worked fine. Now it stopped working. I am not sure if it is something going wrong at my house, or if the school blocked it :disgust: The following is my cmd promt with the lines that are trying to connect with the slingbox. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? does the last line there mean the 1311 port is being blocked?
