PLEASE HELP!!!!

:disgust: I am downloading wallpapers from a wallpaper website which gives them to me in zip files, well I download them and it opens up for me to extract them, but there are no files to extract. Never any files to extract, but I know there are files to be extracted. I don't know if it has to do with my downloading option or what, but it downloads fast, closes automatically, and then comes up with an empty winzip page with no files available to extract. I am really frustrated, and if anyone has any idea how I can correct this problem, I would greatly appreciate anyones help!

What's the website? It sounds like it's not sending you the proper file. This could happen if you use a download manager, ad blocker, or another program that intercepts web data.

Can you save the files to disk before opening?

Try a different unzipper, like winace or something.
