please help me
my aol sn is chenny85

thanks!

yeah could very well be your psu
either that or your bios settings
check your cas latencies and voltages to make sure everything is "do-able"
is that pc3200 memory ?

just try messing with some stuff first and if all else fails
psu's are cheap if you have to get another one

good luck

Hah, some of those cheap psu's don't even have the 4-pin power connector that the P4 motherboards need.😀

I'd also check out your memory. Run a few hours of Memtest86 and see what's up. Those 875/865 chipsets are pretty tough on low latency memory, especially at near default Vdimm.
