please help with this high end gaming/encoding rig

Would like some advice. Been out of the loop since the last build, but
been reading like crazy trying to catch up. I think I am close.

OS: Vista x64
RAM: Corsair Dominator 6GB DDR3 1600 (3x2GB)
CPU: i7 920 (will OC on air)
MB: Asus P6T Deluxe
Cooler: TRUE 1366RT
Burner: Samsung 22x SATA
Video card: GTX 295 (will add another down the road) (already have 24" lcd)
Case: Antec 900
PSU: PC P&C S75QB 750W
HD: 2 Velociraptor 300GB in Raid 0 for OS and game/app installs
Extra HD: WD Caviar Black 1 TB

Cost: $2000

Is PSU ok for this system?
On board sound fine from MB? or get an audio card?

What would you change?

* I would save some $$ on the memory and get the G.Skill F3-10666CL9T-6GBNQ (1.5v).
* The PC Power & Cooling should serve you well.
