Please Help with Norton Ghost

When ever I try to make A boot disk "with cdrom support" it fails

What "parameters" do I have to enter when it asks you for the "program location" ,they are also called
"command line switches"?

Is Power quest driveimage better than norton? I want to backup my drives to cdr.
