How do I restrict these tables so they readjust the repeating graphics (you see the stretched ones) depending on what the resolution is.

If you look at the html its cut up well and the parts that stretch repeatedly are in seperate tables... but how do I allow them to resize?
btw, the images that repeat are set to the background of the table.
 
yeah thats what I want them to do.

I mean, they should be a PERFECT fit tot he window regardless of res.
