Please help with finding a motherboard

I am working on a small custom project and am looking for the smallest (in physical size) motherboard possible. I need at least a pentium 90 with onboard ide, floppy, 2 serial ports, and video. This is all that is required. Any help would be greatly appricated.

Check out Overstock.com, they have some very cheap (>$39.00) integrated Celeron MicroATX motherboards.
