Please help with diagnostic LEDs

AAAlrighty, so this weekend was the first build I've done, and it went quite smoothly despite a faulty cpu fan (thus the thermaltake), and it's still going pretty well except I'm not sure about the diagnostic LEDs. I read in the manual about what they mean but that's during boot up only, i believe...

So anyway, yesterday I had a red LED on down under the sound card where the diagnostics are, and I'm not sure what that means. It was on for about an hour. Also there's an amber LED that's basically always on down there. Not sure what that is either. Any help/explanations is appreciated.
