Please help with Cool & Quiet setup

I am succesfully using Cool & Quiet with an ASUS K8N-E 3200+ OC to 2400Mhz.

Still I can make it work with a X2 4400+ and DFI Ultra-D.

When ever I download and install "amdcpu.exe" (AMD Athlon? 64 X2 Dual Core Processor Driver for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 Version (exe) 1.2.2.2) , the system crashes after re-boot (1st WIN xp logo, and stack dump).

Any one got Cool & Quiet working with X2 CPU's??

As I understand CQ will also adjust CPU FAN speed. True with variable speed fan's from Enermec??

ANy help will be appreciated!
