please help with budget system

I'm building a second system, 500$ would be absolute tops, around 400$ would be preferable... however, I only need the following

Motherboard
Athlon XP cpu
Ram
KVM (think I will get the belkin for around 50$, but if you have other suggestions please let me know)

for the motherboard, on board raid would be a plus as I'll have 5 ide devices. otherwise I'll have to buy a controller...

What OS are you using? What will the pc be used for? If it just going to be a storage box or DC client you can use it as a headless box and you won't need the KVM.
