Please Help - Video Card making hissy noises

I have an albatron ti4200 turbo 128mb and recently it started to make hissing noises only when I run games or 3d benchmarks. I'm using the latest official detonator drivers. I had it overclocked really high (stable levels), but I backed off to default and it still makes these noises. I looked over the card for damages and haven't found any, I even uses alcohol swabbed q-tips to clean up the thing but it still didn't work. I cleaned off the AS3 and used thermal goop and it still hisses. I also unplugged the vga cooling fan and it still hisses. Its pretty annoying as it is barely hearable and I know its the hissing from the card. I tested it in two different comps and it is the card that is hissing. What should I do?

Do you think the fact you ran it way above spec at higher levels of heat may have something to do with your current dilemma? Just a thought.

Sorry to hear that. My 4400 bit the dust a few weeks ago after sounding like a rattlesnake. The end is near.....
