Hello im struggling to remember about a canceled game. It was space horror type. Had a reveal trailer showing an astronaut in a small base in the moon. Very intense in atmosphere. And by the time top tier graphics. I may be mixing but i thing i did read something about being a single guy behind and some trouble that lead to the cancelation. Or maybe there were several guys but something happened. Can you please remember me which game it was. It got canceled some years ago. The trailer was on youtube. Any idea.

Thank you for your feply Igor. But thats not the game. Only a small teaser or trailer was ever released if i am right. And as i say it was an astronaut in a small habitacle in the Moon. The set was Moon. And the appearance was extremelly high quality graphics. As to you will need a nasa pc to move that. Caused lot of expectations that just went vaporware as no game was evereleased. It was not like an unknown title. It got attention like say Unrecorded got since the first images. But it was some years ago.

was first person? third person? top down? was it a shooter? horror game? did it have 1960s rockets, or futuristic spaceships? NASA spacesuits or alien spacesuit?

"guy on moon game that was never actually made" is not gonna be a very fruitful ChatGPT search.

ChatGPT search.
CrappyGPT more like. It never found that movie for me where the female teacher gets too concerned about her adolescent student and probably does something inappropriate with him in the final 10 minutes of the movie.

You would watch 70 minutes of pseudoporn just go to the one hot scene?

It was a pretty tame movie. The acting was really good. I don't remember exactly what went on and why the boy was weird. Curious to get the full scoop.

Any chance it was Aliens? I remember it was top tier visuals at its time, I remember it had unusual features like the aliens could “hear” you speak or gasp on a mic if you had one active.

It was not alien, nor routine, nor Lunar horizons.

Making an effort i would say, first person shooter, definitively horror atmospheric, and nasa kind suits. It was reality fiction i guess. Like maybe there was some alien or monster or evil spirit in the base. But i think nothing like that was shown in the teaser. Just the guy moving in the small room with windows to the moon maybe.
It attracted some attention for some years before ending vaporware. Im pretty sure many of you had to see it by then. Graphics were impressive and was praised for that and for the atmospheric terror.

It is not any of them but i take note for moon mystery and emissary zero. That last one fisheye lens gives it really immersive looks indeed. I have two games stuck on my mind that have decided to slip like tears in the rain. One if that descripbed in my post. Which i know for sure got cancelled. But i really thought it got enough attention to be easy to recall. Which now i see i was wrong about. And the other one i saw was in a trailer, was a 3d shooting game either sprites or voxel, more probably sprites, at least the enemies, looked like a doom 2 but there were some kind of red orbs or balls, all the scene was like whiteish, they could be either demons or aliens, in either a hell or a spaceship, but the looks were doom like. The questions is it looked terribly realistic. Probably the trailer was released like 2017 to 2022 or so. If anyone reads this and know at least anything about this other one i may at least partially overcome my uneasiness feeling for failing to recall that other game.
