Please Help! SLOT 1 CPU retention mechanisms are crappy!

I have an ASUS P3V4X motherboard and I can not keep the cpu retention mechanisms from breaking evertime I take the proc out. The mechanisms are the snap in type without screws or anything on them to hold them down. I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could get a crapload of these things for cheap or is their anyway to put older type slot 1 cpu retainers on this board(the ones that screw down), maybe that way the things won't break.

Just get the screw-down ones and swap 'em out - the hole pattern is standardized.
