Please help recommend a capture card for a friend

I know exactly zip about capture cards, so I could use all your help. A friend of mine wants a card that he can use to:

1) watch TV on his computer, and

2) play his PS2 through his computer monitor.

He referred me to this page, but I don't know which of the cards on there would help him.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Connecting a PS2 to the TV tuner will have lag. He's better buying a VGA/RCA switch.

I'd recomend one of the Hauppauge cards. Is he going to be using Windows Media Center or other PVR Software?

It's like a A/B switch found on TVs. You have mutliple inputs like S-Video, RCA, etc., and you have a output that's VGA that connects to your monitor.

It's a matter of oppinion. Some people prefer MCE while others prefer Beyond TV.

I suggest the Hauppage 150MCE.
