I have a Radeon 9700 Pro
with the 6193 drivers, windows xp
is there anyway to FORCE vsyn on? with any programs/tweaking utilities? i play CS and its not FORCED on.
Very annoying and ugly..
Please help
 
It'll be in the next Catalyst drivers release... The current drivers only have the "Application preference" option, so it won't be on if the game doesn't have the option.


What you can try in the meantime is limit the maximum fps in CS. (use the fps_max X line in your config.cfg file, where X is the fps number)
