Please help: Question about tv-out

I want to buy a cheap video card with tv out for watching DVD. Have heard good things about ATI Radeon for tv-out.
Is the Radeon 7000 good enough for watching DVD on a tv? Also I looked at Newegg and found 2 cards with about the same price
ATI OEM RADEON 7000 VE 32MB DDR W/TV
and
ATI OEM RADEON 7000 64MB SDR W/TV
Should I choose the 32mb DDR or the 64mb SDR? which is better.
And what is DVI would I need it?

Thanks

Get the 64mb SDR since the 64bit DDR has no performance increase over the 128bit SDR. DVI is for DVI capable monitors. If you aren't planning on buying a top of the line monitor or getting two monitors connected to one computer, than you don't need DVI. And yes, the Radeon 7000 is more than enough for watching DVD on a television.
