Hi...

Following config.

win xp pro
msi k7t 266 pro2
1600 xp+
512 mb ddr 2,5ns
wd 60gb
liteon 16/10/40
geforce 2 mx
wate terminal 2496 soundcard

Ok this is the main problem:

on the soundcard (waveterminal) there is a cd out connection (2pins), since it is full digital and only 2 pins I would guess the only place to connect it to the cdrom should be at the spif connection. Well when I do this the computer gets a problem to boot. I get the bios screen, but where it looks for ide devices it just hang on the cdrom. After a while I get a error message, unsupported ide device!! Anyone have had this problem, and know how to solve it?

Wave terminal pci card

Minor problem:

the computer has a logitech itouch keyboard. this one has a usb hub for 2 xtra usb connectors, when I plug in the usb plug from the key board to the computer I get lots of error messages, suggestions?

Why are you using the SP-DIF connection? Isn't there a 4-pin CD-In connector on the card that would hook up to the CD-ROM? Pretty nifty looking sound card!
