PLEASE help on simple format

ok.......At&T came to install cable on puter.......the tech crashed my parents (my old celery system) it has been 3 weeks now and they have still not solved the issue....i went to try and see if i could foramt and reinstall 98...when i put in my boot disk i get an error saying that the cdrom drivers arent loaded....has been so long since i have done this (format a sys)... i dont recall why this is happening.....HELP 🙂
 
You have to make a bootdisk from Win98SE I think... the bootdisks made under that operating system has cd rom drivers. Also check out Bootdisk.com they probably have what you need over there.
