please, help on buying GeForce!!!

I have opportunity to buy GeForce 256 SDR (originally packaged with 1 year warranty) at 75% price of GeForce 2 MX. Which option should I choose? Which of them will perform better?
I have Cel. 566@850, 128 MB RAM PC100. Thanx for your advices!
