Please Help!!! NT Server over Win95 Install Advice Needed

I want to install NT Server over Win95 and have a dual boot system. Problem is I am unsure of how to proceed. When I go to install NT it asks me if I want to creat a new partician. I thought I could just install it into Win95's partician. I do not want to screw up my 95 version. How should I proceed? Anyone have a favorite website they can recommend?

If it's the newer version of Win95 that partition could be FAT32, NT can only read FAT16 and NTFS. The easiest way to tell is to check the size of the partition, over 2 gig means FAT32, less then it could be either.
