I will soon buy a new configuration and do you think is it ok!?

Coolermaster 690 Advanced II
Intel i5 750 2,66GHz
Gigabyte P55A-UD3
Zalman CNPS10X Performa
Corsair TWIN 2x2 GB DDR3 RAM 1333MHz
Sapphire HD 5850 TOXIC
WD CB 500GB 32MB cache (already bought)
Corsair VX550 (already bought)

...or should I wait for new Thuban processors?🙄

I'm guessing you're using this for gaming. In that case, no point in waiting for AMD's six core beast. Games usually don't benefit too much from adding more cores. Six core processors are targeted at serves and science applications right now.

Everything you have there is fine. Nothing I would change. If you can afford it, there's some nice SSD options out there that are hovering around $100 for a 40gb. Not a bad OS drive for lightning fast startup.

I "buffed up" a little my budget and I will buy this:

Coolermaster 690
Intel i5 750
Gigabyte P55A-UD3
Zalman CRPS10X Performa
Sapphire Radeon HD 5870
Corsair RAM DDR3 2x2GB 1333MHz
WDCB 500 GB 32 MB cache
Corsair VX 550

If this is a gaming build, you'll get no gaming benefits from having one. Sure, things are snappier, and it makes everything quick, but the price you have to pay and the limited storage says no. Get the 640GB. It's probably only a few bucks more. What resolution is this for?
