Please help! Need to make files visible with win XP pro and Win2k server

Please help,
I am new to networking so if you could give me detailed instructiones I would appreciate it.
I have Win2k server and Win XP Pro. I want to be able to see files from xp on win2k and vice versa. I also have SMC Baricade router. Please let me know how I would be able to accomplish this., Thanks

You just need to share whatever you want to share. If its a folder just right click on the folder, go to sharing, enable it, and name it whatever you want tthe share name to be.
