Please help my video card keep restarting WinXP???

I was swapping out my old video card to a Geforce3 video card however, after I applied the latest driver the windows XP just keep restarting itself when it is rdy to get into the desktop screen. Does anyone know whats going on?

You need to turn off "auto-reboot on errors." XP is setup that if you get a "blue screen" error it will reboot instead of displaying the error. I think it's in the Advanced->StartUp & Recovery. Then at least you can see what the error is. Also try booting in safe mode and installing older drivers see if that helps.
