Please help my new build

Hi

I would be grateful for assistance with my new build, it would appear to be running below normal. It is a E8500 3.16GHz on a Asus P5E3 Deluxe Mobo with OVC 4 x 1GB DDR3 RAM (1333), 850W psu, Vista 64 and 350G HD. Here is a report reading I took with some trial software:-

Make sure your ram voltage is set to 1.9V in the bios. A lot of motherboards detect it wrong and undervolt it.

It's running at 2 GHz because Intel's power savings features are active. There's a sticky in the CPU forum that explains in more detail, and there's also a thorough overclocking guide there.
