Hi. Please help me.
There are two reasons why it's been hacked into
* Lately, the computer would start up without notice and we would have to pull out the power cord so it doesn't start up.
* I've received an email saying that the person is trying to hack into my system and already knows which websites i normally use. He even said that he will put a virus in my computer so i can't use it again
Does anyone know how stop this from happening again and block out the person who's trying to do this to me.
* Will a reboot work???
* Will a firewall work????
Also, how do these people know how to turn on my computer from the outside??
