Hey,

I just put together my new system but I can't seem to install any drivers for my MSI Geforce 4 Ti 4400. Whenever I install the detonator 28.32 drivers, after I reboot, nothing has changed. Under display properties/settings/advance/adapter, there is no device list listed, and the fields chip type, DAC type, etc all say unavailable. Under device manager, there is listed under other devices: "Video Controller (VGA compatible)". When I try to update the driver for this device manually, it doesn't detect it as a MSI GF4 Ti 4400 card, but as a standard VGA card. Can any of you offer any suggestions?

MY specs are:

AMD Athlon XP 1900+
Epox 8KHA+
Samsung 512 PC2100 RAM
MSI Geforce 4 Ti 4400 128MB

Thanks a lot!!

This is the first video card for this system (this is a new system). I tried taking it out and putting it back in.

What OS?

Did you use the correct detonators for your OS?

Try a different revision of the detonators from guru3d.com
