the manual to my FIC fa13 MOBO states the following

Intel Celeron PPGA/FC-PGA 433~700MHz and up** @66MHz FSB
Chipset - VIA 693A & 596B

whats the best overclockable Celeron for my motherboard??
i was told that 566 is the best, is it?
however, the jumper settings in my manual stop at 533 at 66mhz?

what processor should i get, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Usually 566a's are the best. The retail version almost always clocks to 850mhz. I said almost. You'd be running it on a 100mhz FSB. Your board will be fine. I hear the 600's overclock well, too. Beyond that I believe you reach diminishing returns.
