Try a Antec SX830/840 or the Antec SX1030/1040 for a case. They seem to be very popular around here and I have a SX830 myself and it is very efficient for cooling. They can be found at Directron as mentioned above. Either should come with at least a 300W PSU as recommended above. The SX830 will come with 2 80mm fans, but I suggest picking up some Panaflo 80mm fans from CaseEtc. I would get 4 Panaflos so that you have 2 intakes and 2 outakes as is designed in the SX830.

You will also need a heatsink and fan for that T-bird. It won't last long w/o one. :) Try the SK-6 or if you have the $$, try the Swiftech MC462-A. IMO, it is still the one to beat for OCers.

One last thing that you may want to look into is one of these for your hard drive. They work quite nice and help a bit with the cooling of the hard drive. Just a thought.

Good Luck! :D
