explain what those are.

I dont know, the HiJack is the program where i got the list, its suppose to help you get rid of stuff, but i dont know which ones to check, Which ones are affecting my comp, or which ones i need to remove. The Noads is a program i have to stop ads!

first, i suggest you make sure you have all the latest updates.

2nd, try this....

In Hijack This, check ALL of the following items. Doublecheck so as to be sure not to miss a single one.
Next, close all browser Windows, and have HT fix all checked.

Finally, download Spybot - Search & Destroy, if you haven't already got the program.

Now press Settings, and Settings again.
Go to the Webupdate section, and check "Display also available beta versions".

Now press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.

Next, close all Internet Explorer windows, hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove all it finds.

Now restart your computer.

NOTE: Don't be taken aback by the fact that you will have installed so called "Beta" updates.
Unlike is the case with some of its competitors, SpyBot updates are first issued as betas for a few days in order to iron out possible problems.
These are extremely rare, and these updates are absolutely reliable.

do i check the ones that arent checked in the spybot findings?

check everything that spybot finds and quarinteen it all. If some of your programs start to go crazy, its becuase they may have had spyware. Decide which ones are mission critical and keep them. Be more careful now, because you have TONS of spyware from the looks of it
