I got my card in yesterday but I can't get WinXP to install the stupid thing. I've tried the driver disk that came with the card (which only has 27.xx reference drivers), and NVidia 28.32 reference drivers.
When I use the mfg disk it either won't install (keeps looking for a file even though I tell the program where it is) or gives me a corrupt data message. When I use the 28.32 self installer, everything seems to go fine, I get to the reboot part and reboot, then when WinXP comes back up, it still doesn't know what to do about the card.
I've tried 64meg and 128meg AGP aperture, PnP OS vs. Non-PnP OS. I'm not sure what else to do.... is it me.... is it my installation of WinXP... is it the card?
Any Ideas?
Edit: Oops, forgot to mention it's a Visiontek Xtasy ti4200
