Please help me with this unidentified mb!!

I'm putting together a system from some scavenged parts. Everything went well until I put Win98SE on there. It can't find the drivers for the audio, lan & modem which are integrated onto the mb.
I have no idea as to the mfg as I can't find it silkscreened on the mb. All I can tell is that it's a Sis chipset, & it has a Slot 1/Socket combo for a P3.
Can anyone help me find drives for this unknown motherboard?

read the bios ID string in the lower left hand side of the screen at boot up....use the pause key to stop it while you write the numbers down.

Chances are it's a PC Chips motherboard.
