I hope this is the appropriate forum for this, if not, please lock it mods and redirect me.
I am starting a Wireless Users Group in Southeastern Virginia. While networking and engineering are my forte, my html and other web skills are, well, might you say..lacking.
So, I have put together a very simple site so far within the past couple of weeks to just mess around, but would love to get it looking better. If someone would like to help, I have various pc and laptop hardware I could reimburse you with. I have a bunch of nic cards for laptops and pc's, as well as tons of unwrapped cat5 cables. Many other items as well. I can give you more detail if you pm me.
Again, I don't need anything extravagent, I don't want to put someone out of too much time. But my stuff looks horrible and needs to be upgraded before too many people see it. Here is the link.. Hrwug.org

This is one of the default templates from FrontPage 2k... is this something you're looking for?

I dont know what all is involved in a users group page, but maybe it's a start?

Wow. For starters, get a logo pic (for example, Anandtech's is the name with the computer next to it). Organization needs a lot of work. Frames are good. You have contact info toward the top, place it near the bottom, bottom side of the page. Graphics are a good addition as well.

Also, what is that map at the bottom? it's just sitting there, what's it for/supposed to show.
