Please help me with my project....

I am doing a project evaluating the interface of ZoneAlarm (the free software firewall).... What kind of things dont you guys like about ZoneAlarm's interface? Like is there any error messages you find confusing? Or is there some feature you find too troublesome to use?

The blocking of outbound connections is kind of stupid. Why would I want to block a program I installed to make those connections?

Because half the idiots don't know they have some sort of trojan sending out some of your info...

because you might not want every program you install to connect to the internet

I feel that adding a "What is this all mean" button will be very helpful, as some people go "OMG AIIIIIIEEEEE NOOOOOOoo someone is haxing me" when its just a ping or something like that.

Good point... I also dont think there's any Port Forwarding functionality in ZA, right? Like you cant really run a server on the same machine that's running ZA....
