My computer is not cooperating with my Network Card! Here's the lowdown:
I have a HomeFree Phoneline 10MB Network Card by Diamond.
I noticed the problem a couple of days ago when a little error screen popped up before the login prompt on WinME telling me that there were problems with the Network Card and that I had to reinstall again.
The first thing I did was check the system properties. Sure enough, there was an exclamation mark next to the Network Card.
So I went to the Diamond website and downloaded the driver.
Didn't help.
Now I'm stuck. I'm getting my DSL activated tomorrow, and I'm frantic. I have no network card (I do, but it's not working!!!), so that leaves me high and dry. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!
