Please help me: What do I do?

Last night I hit up the bars. Was putting down beers as usual when this chick asked me if I wanted to dance. Headed out to the dance floor and we were grinding pretty much the rest of the night. When it came to closing time, we shared a cab.

Woke up the next morning after the work out (😉) and dropped her off at home. Before she got out of the car she took down my number. Gave her a kiss goodbye and off she went.

Now here is where the problems arise. Got a phone call about 5 hours later from her dad. Said he found my number on her dresser. Found out she is 15 and he is pissed. Furthermore, he told me that he is calling the cops and they will be paying me a visit since his daughter did not come home last night.

What do I do?

Oh my god. Hahahhaha, if your serious......throw your phone in the trash. Then again, you really didnt know how old she was...would that matter?

Damn, mimendo, that sucks... i would just say that you didn't know her age.

Have you talked to the girl yet? What's her version of the story?

You should add YAGT to the title.

Get a lawyer quick! Did the Bar card her???? Did she tell you how old she was???? This could be very bad.... please talk to a lawyer asap!

Hey, Actually, you might have a way out of this. The bar has the responsibility of restricting underage people from coming in the bar. You met her in the bar, therefore assuming she was 21 or over. This could be the bar's fault.

Get some friends to say you were with them

i'm not sure that lying would be a good thing to do unless you knew ABSOLUTELY for sure that there was no way you'd be found out.

it might be better to use the bar argument.

Yes.. but I doubt the bar is going to fess up to it....

It depends here. If the dad is gonna pursue this, the daughter might actually be honest. She "worked out" with you and she met you in the bar. Then there are two witnesses here, not to mention any of your firends who were there. This really is more of the bar's fault than yours....when you meet a girl at a bar or club, you really dont question her age when she's ready to "go." You just assume.

Stop having drunken one-night stands might be a good start.

tho i don't disagree with you sentiment it is a bit self righteous and contributes absolutely NOTHING to the discussion.

I agree.... If you have witnesses, then the Bar should be somewhat responsible.
Good luck man...

BTW I hope it was good!!!
